Ingredients
- 4 pork chops
- 1 15-oz can chicken broth
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 Tablespoon olive oil

Step 1
Heat olive oil in skillet. Brown the pork chops on both sides. Add the chicken broth, onions, garlic and any other spices you may wish to add. Simmer on low heat, covered, for one hour.
These pork chops are moist and tender - not dried out.
