Ingredients
- Remove any oil, in same pan or roaster put lamb shanks with:
- Thaw frozen lamb shanks, coat with seasoned flour
- Pan fry in small amount of oil till brown.
- 1 can of chicken broth
- 1/2 can pizza sauce
- 1 big carrot
- 1 big stalk of celery
- 2 bay leaves

Bake in oven at 325 degrees, 1 1/2 - 2 hours, turn 1/2 way through.
