  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 3/4 cup vinegar
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 Tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 Tbsp HP sauce
  • garlic salt to taste

Step 1

Mix sauce ingredients. Toss ribs in sauce. Bake at 350 degrees for 3/4 hour, covered, and 3/4 hour uncovered. Or, pre-boil ribs, then bake with sauce until heated through and thickened.
