Ingredients
- boneless pot roast (3-3 1/2 lb)
- 1 tsp dry mustard
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 c chopped onion
- 7 1/2 oz can tomato sauce
- 2 Tbsp vinegar
- 1/2 tsp thyme
- 1/4 tsp ground pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Trim fat from roast
Rub all over with mustard and salt
Place in a lightly greased pan
Mix tomato sauce,vinegar,thyme and pepper
Pour over the roast
Cover tightly
Bake in oven at 325 F for 3 hours or until meat is tender
