Bread Machine Basic Wheat Bread

Ingredients

• 1 c water
• 1 large egg
• 3 Tbsp honey
• 1 tsp lemon juice
• 1 Tbsp butter
• 1/4 c skim milk powder
• 1 1/2 tsp salt
• 1 1/2 c all- purpose flour
• 1 1/2 c whole wheat flour
• 2 1/4 tsp bread machine yeast

Preparation

Step 1

Add ingredients to the bread machine pan in the order suggested by the manufacturer
The timed-bake feature may be used
Makes 1 1/2 lb loaf
