Ingredients
- 1 3/4 c. flour
- 2 1/4 baking powder
- 1 Tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 c. margarine/butter
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 c. milk or cream
- 1/2 c. Cinnamon chips

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 450°. Combine dry ingredients. Cut in margarine until size of small peas. In separate bowl, beat eggs. add in milk. Make a well in dry ingredients and pour inliquids. Mix using as few strokes as possible. Mix in chips. Place on lightly floured board. Pat until 3/4 inch thick. Cut into diamond shapes or biscuit sticks. Bake 15 minutes.
