Ingredients

  • 2 egg
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 2/3 cup margarine
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 2 1/2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 1/2 cups fresh California peach, diced
  • 1 cup raisins

Preparation

Step 1

Beat eggs with vanilla extract, margarine and sugars in mixing bowl.

Combine flour, salt and baking powder.
1. Add to egg mixture and beat at low speed 2 or 3 minutes or until smooth.
2. Stir in oats, peaches and raisins. Chill.
3. Drop by tablespoon onto nonstick baking sheet.

Bake in 350° F. oven 10 to 15 minutes or until golden.
