Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 1/2 half cup raw bran
- 2 cups brown sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 cups oil,
- 4 eggs, 2 cups shredded carrot
- 1 1/2 cups crushed pineapple
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1 1/2 cups chopped walnut
- Cream Cheese Icing
- 6 oz soft cream cheese
- 2 tblspoon Margarine/ butter
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 3 cups powdered sugar

Preparation
Step 1
Mix dry ingredients together. Add the wet ingredients and mix
Pre-heat oven
Bake at 350 for 35-50 min in a 14x 9 baking tin
I generally find the icing way too sweet so for my purposes I normally cut back on the amount of sugar that I use.
