DIRECTIONS
Cut chicken into small chunks; chop bell pepper and onion.
Place all ingredients in a crockpot and cook on low for 4-5 hours for high for 3-4 hours) until chicken is cooked through.
Top chicken with cheese and serve which pineapple on the side.
Chicken breasts in the slow cooker can become dry. Check for doness, if possible, after 2-3 hours to avoid over cooking.
