Ingredients

4 4 4 chicken breasts
1 1/2 1 1/2 1/2 C. cornflakes, crushed
1 1 1 egg, beaten
2 2 2 Tbsp. Ranch dressing mix, dry
2 2 2 Tbsp. butter, melted
1/2 1/2 1/2 C. parmesan cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 ̊F. Mix cornflakes, ranch dressing mix and cheese together in a shallow bowl. Dip chicken into beaten egg. Roll chicken in cornflake mixture, coat well. Bake for 30-40 minutes.
