Ingredients
- 1/2 C. white wine vinegar
- 1/3 C. water
- 1/3 C. vegetable oil
- 1/4 C. light corn syrup
- 2 1/2 Tbsp. Romano cheese
- 2 Tbsp. dry pectin
- 2 Tbsp. egg, beaten
- 1 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. garlic, minced
- 1/4 tsp. dried parsley
- pinch of oregano
- pinch of crushed red pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Combine all the ingredients in a blender on low for 30 seconds. Chill at least an hour. Chill salad bowl for 30 minutes. Serve with romaine lettuce or European salad mix, sliced red onion, bell pepper, black olives, banana peppers, croutons and parmesan cheese.
