Ingredients

  • 1 1 1 C. flour
  • 2 2 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1/2 1/2 1/2 C. butter, melted
  • 1/2 1/2 1/2 C. finely chopped walnuts
  • 8 8 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 1 1 C. powdered sugar
  • 1 1 1 C. heavy cream
  • sugar & vanilla
  • 2-3oz. 2-3oz. 2-3oz. boxes instant chocolate pudding
  • 2 1/2 2 1/2 1/2 C. milk
  • chocolate curls

Preparation

Step 1

Mix flour, sugar, butter and nuts together. Press into bottom of a 9 by 13 pan. Bake at 375 ̊F for 12-15 minutes or till lightly browned. Let cool completely. Whip the cream till it holds soft peaks. Add sugar and vanilla to taste. Set it aside. Beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar till smooth and creamy. Fold in half of the whipped cream. Spread on top of cooled crust. Beat the pudding and milk for 2 minutes. Quickly pour over cream cheese layer. Cover with plastic wrap and chill till pudding is set, 1 hour. Spread remaining whipped cream on top. Top with chocolate curls if desired.
