Spaghetti Sauce or Rasagna

Ingredients
- Meat sauce:
- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 (12 oz.) can of tomato paste
- 2 cans water (use tomato can)
- 3 T. sugar
- 1 t. salt
- 2 shakes pepper
- 1 t. Worcestershire sauce.
- Rasagna:
- 24 oz. cottage cheese
- 1/2-3/4 lb. mozzarella cheese
- Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 lb. lasagna (8 slices)

Preparation
Step 1
Cook ground beef and onions in a frying pan. In the meantime in a large saucepan, put tomato paste and water. Add sugar, salt, 2 shakes of pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Bring to a boil then simmer 1/2 hour. Drain fat off ground beef and add to sauce.
Arrange in a large pan:
1st: small amount of meat sauce
2nd: lasagna noodles (don't cook)
3rd: grated mozzarella
4th: cottage cheese
5th: Parmesan
Repeat layers
End up with meat sauce on top. Bake for covered for 1/2 hour at 350 deg. and uncover for 1/2 hour.
