• 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, softened
• 1 cup sugr
• 4 large eggs
• 1 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
• 1/4 teaspoon baking sode
• 1 1/2 cups Hershey's Syrup

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 13-by-9-by-2-inch baking pan.

In a large bowl, beat butter, sugar and eggs until
thoroughly blended. Add flour and baking soda,
blending well. Add syrup and mix thoroughly.

Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until a wooden pick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool completely in the pan on a wire rack.

Top with your favorite frosting and garnishes,
Makes 16 servings.
