Ingredients
- 1/2 cup - shredded Wisconsin Mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup - mayonnaise or salad dressing
- 1/8 - teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 loaf (16 oz. size) - French bread, halved lengthwise
- 1/3 cup- grated Wisconsin Parmesan cheese

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°
Combine mozzarella cheese, mayonnaise, garlic powder an onion powder in mixing bowl; mix well. Mixture will be very thick.
Spread half the mixture over each bread half. Sprinkle half the Parmesan cheese over each half. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until bubbly and lightly browned. Cut each half into slices.
To broil, position on rack 4 inches from heat for 3 to 5 minutes.
