Beef Stroganoff, Slow Cooker

Ingredients
- 2 lbs. cubed beef stew meat
- 2 cans condensed Golden mushroom soup (must be Golden)
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 packet onion soup mix
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
- 1/2 cup water (or 1/2 cup beef broth)
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 3 Tsp. sour cream

Preparation
Step 1
In a slow cooker, combine the soup, onion, Worcestershire Sauce and water and stir. Add the meat and mix together.
Cook on low setting for 5-6 hours.
Cut up the cream cheese into cubes just before serving and turn the crockpot on high. Add cream cheese & sour cream to crockpot and stir until all combined.
Let sit for 10 minutes.
Serve over egg noodles (or mashed potatoes).
