- 2 cups cubed cold roast beef
- 2 T cornstarch or flour (add last)
- 2 T shortening
- less than 1/2 c brown sugar
- 1 T soya sauce
- 1/2 c venegar
- 1 1/2 c water
- 1 pkg dry onion soup mix

Brown beef in hot shortening.
Add rest of ingredients
Mix well and serve
