Ingredients
- 1/2 cup wild rice (rinsed & cooked in 2 c. water) Drain.
- 1/2 cup regular rice (cooked in 1 cup water)
- 1 can consume soup
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 can mushrooms (drained) (save some liquid in case you have it).
- 1 cup chopped onions (sauteed)
- 1/2 cup grated carrots
Preparation
Step 1
Bake 350 degrees casserole dish for 1 - 1 1/2 hr.
