Ingredients

  • Granola:
  • 3 cups Old Fashioned Oats
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted Pumpkin Seeds
  • 1/2 cup Soy Nuts
  • 1/2 cup Unsweetened Coconut Flakes
  • 1/2 cup Wheat Germ
  • 1/2 cup Flax Seeds
  • 2 cups Your Choice of Any Combination of The Following Nuts, broken into smaller pieces: almonds, pecans, walnuts, or cashews.
  • Sauce:
  • 1/2 cup Vegetable Oil
  • 3 Tbsp Butter
  • 1 cup Splenda
  • 1/2 cup Sugar Free Pancake Syrup
  • 1/3 cup Peanut Butter
  • 1/4 tsp Sea Salt
  • 1 tsp Real Vanilla Extract
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon

Step 1

Preheat oven to 275 degrees. Spray Pam inside a large roasting pan. Dump all ingredients from oats through the nuts in pan and stir.

In a saucepan, warm/melt together the remaining ingredients. Once it is all melted together, pour over the mixture in the pan and stir til it is well coated.

Put pan into oven for a total of 1 and half to 2 hours (you'll know when it's done!) but you must stir the mixture once every 20 minutes!! Remove from oven and allow to cool, stirring occasionally. Store in an airtight container
