Ingredients
- 1 # Flank Steak, Cut Lengthwise in Half, Sliced Thin
- 4 T Teriyaki Sauce
- 4 Green Onions, Cut White & Light Green Parts
- 1 " Pieces
- 1 C Brown Rice, Cook Per Instructions
- 3 t Canola Oil
- 1 Garlic Clove Minced
- 1/4 t Red Pepper Flakes
- 2 Red Peppers Sliced Thin
- 2 T Water

Preparation
Step 1
Medium Mixing Bowl Toss Beef & 1T Teriyaki.
Large Skillet Medium/High Heat with 2t Oil, Add Garlic & Pepper Flakes Cook 1 Minute, Add Onions, Pepper Slices & 2T Water Cook 4-5 Minutes Until Peppers are Tender. Transfer to Medium & Keep Warm.
Same Skillet Add 1t Oil, Add Beef Cook 1 Minute or Until it is not Pink (do not over crowd beef, 2 batches if necessary), Transfer to Bowl with Peppers & Keep Warm.
Same Skillet Add 3T Teriyaki Cook 30 Seconds, Pour Over Beef & Mixture.
Serve Over Rice.
