Ingredients
- Dressing:
- l large cucumber
- 2 Roma (plum) tomatoes, chopped
- 1 (5oz) jar pitted Kalamata Olives
- 1 (4) oz pkg Feta Cheese, crumbled
- 1 red onion, halved and thinly sliced
- 1/2 (10 oz) pkg Romaine Lettuce
- 1/2 (10 oz) pkg Baby Greens
- 6 T. Olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1 tsp dijon mustard
- 1 t fresh lemon juice
- 1 1/2 cups Red Wine vinegar

Preparation
Step 1
Add chopped cucumber, chopped tomato, Kalamata olives, feta cheese, sliced red onion, romaine lettuce and baby greens together in a large bowl.
Dressing
In a small bowl, whisk olive oil, garlic powder, dried oregano, dried basil, Dijon mustard, fresh lemon juice and red wine vinegar.
