Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups fat free evaporated milk
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 4 large egg whites
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 cup shredded gouda cheese
- 1/2 cup thinly sliced green onions
- 1/4 cup chopped smoked salmon
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh dill
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- Cooking spray

Preparation
Step 1
Combine evaporated milk, sour cream, dijon mustard, egg whites and egg in a large bowl, stirring with a whisk.
Stir gouda, green onions, smoked salmon, dill and black pepper into egg mixture.
Spray baking dish with cooking spray.
Bake at 350 for 35 minutes.
Let stand for 15 min before serving.
