- 1 bag (26 oz) H-E-B fully cooked chicken thigh fajitas
- 1 jar (8.25 oz) H-E-B sabor tradicional mole poblano
- 3 cups Water
- 1 1/2 tablespoons H-E-B chicken & tomato bouillon

Preparation
Step 1
Heat the chicken fajitas in the microwave oven according to package directions and set aside.
Combine the mole and the water in a large skillet and stir with a wire whip to dissolve. Heat the mole over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mole thickens (about 10 minutes). Add to the heated chicken fajitas to the mole, stir and cook for 5 more minutes.
