PINEAPPLE STRAWBERRY SLUSH

Ingredients

• 1 (46 oz. can) unsweetened pineapple juice
• 1 (6 oz.) can frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed and undiluted
• 2-1/2 cups gin, vodka or rum
• 1-1/2 cups sugar
• 2 tablespoons lemon juice
• 2/3 cup strawberry flavored syrup
• 1 (3 liter) bottle lemon lime carbonated beverage, chilled

Preparation

Step 1

Combine pineapple juice, orange juice, and next 4 ingredients in a 4 quart plastic container, cover and freeze. Remove mixture from freezer, let stand 10 minutes. Spoon 1/2 cup mixture into each glass, add 1/2 cup carbonated beverage to each.
