Ingredients
- 2 cloves garlic.
- 3 cups chopped spinach (3 1/2 oz.)
- 2 cups water and bring to a boil
- 14 1/2 oz. Chicken broth
- 1 cup polenta.
- Spinach mixture salt and pepper.

Preparation
Step 1
Spoon into dish or pan, cover with plastic wrap, and chill for 2 hours or until firm. Invert dish onto greased baking sheet and sprinkle with ½ cup parmesan or fontina cheese Bake at 400 for 20 minutes or until cheese begins to melt and brown. Cut into wedges and serve warm
