Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup - milk
  • 1/4 cup - water
  • 1 1/4 cups (5 oz) - cheese (cheddar or cheddar jack)
  • 1 - egg
  • 3 cups - bread flour
  • 2 tbsp - sugar
  • 3/4 tsp. - salt
  • 1 tsp. - active dry yeast or bread machine yeast.

Step 1

Add the ingredients to the bread machine according to manufacturer's direction. Select the basic white bread cycle. If available, try the light-crust color setting. Makes a 1/12 pound loaf of bread. Note: Bread machine pan must have a capacity of 10 cups or more.
