Bread Air Buns

Bake loaves at 350 F for 30-35 minutes
Bake buns at 400 F for 15-20 minutes
When needed for same day, add 3 to 4 T of yeast and then the rising time is quicker

Ingredients
- 1 T active dry yeast
- 2 t sugar
- 1 cup lukewarm water
- 6 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 4 cups warm water
- 1 cup cooking oil
- 2 T salt
- 16-18 cups of flour

Preparation
Step 1
Dissolve sugar and yeast in 1 cup lukewarm water. let stand for 10 minutes
Beat eggs in a VERY large bowl and slowly add 1 cup sugar. Beat well and add yeast mixture
Add warm water, oil and salt
Mix in flour slowly until you have reached the 16 cups and then add the rest as needed
Turn out on floured surface and knead 10 minutes or until dough is smooth and elastic
Place in a large greased bowl turning once to grease surface
Make dough and let rise in a warm place for 3 hours
Make into buns or loaves and let rise overnight
Rising area need not be warm for overnight rising
