Black Bean Feta Dip

This recipe brings back memories of the Wilt's annual Super Bowl party. Jackie Hatch used to bring this and it is great. I introduced it to SoCal and they like it over a bed of lettuce served as a salad you eat with a fork.

Ingredients
- Dressing:
- 1 can black beans, drained
- 1 can shoepeg corn, drained
- 1 (4 oz) pkg. crumbled feta
- 3 scallions, chopped
- Dash of salt, pepper, garlic powder
- 1/3 c virgin olive oil
- 1/3 c sugar
- 1/3 c cider vinegar
