Lemon Ice Box Pie

  • 1 can Eagle Brand® condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice (from fresh lemons)
  • 3 eggs - separated. Save aside egg whites for the meringue
  • 1 graham cracker pie crust
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons of sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Mix egg yolks with condensed milk and lemon juice. Pour this mixture into the graham cracker crust. Meringue topping: Beat the egg whites; gradually add sugar after beaten and mix again until it lifts into peaks. Spread the meringue topping over the pie. Then very carefully broil until light golden brown.
