- 2 Tablespoons Sour Cream
- 1 Tablespoon Tomato Juice
- 1 Tablespoon Flour
- 1 Tablespoon Butter
- Onion
- Salt
- Pepper
- Cooked Noodles

Preparation
Step 1
Cut meat into one inch squares. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and let stand for 2 hours. Brown flour in butter, work into a smooth paste. Add hot stock gradually. Bring to boil. Strain. Stir in tomato juice and sour cream. Fry the onion; when brown put meat and sauce in with onion; simmer 15 minutes. Bring to quick boil, stir well and serve at once over hot noodles.
