Ingredients
- 2 tsp. dark sesame oil
- 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges in light syrup, undrained
- 1/2 C. chopped green onions
- 1 tbsp. finely chopped and seeded jalapeno pepper
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 1/2 C. chicken broth
- 1 tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 tsp. cornstarch

Step 1
Fry chicken breasts in oil over medium high heat (about 4 minutes on each side), sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Drain oranges, reserving 2 teaspoons liquid. Mix together oranges, green onions, jalapeno and garlic. Add to chicken, reduce heat, simmer 2 minutes.
Combine broth, soy sauce and cornstarch and add to chicken.
Boil 1 minute or until thickened. Serve with Asian noodles or rice.
