Chorizo con Queso

Ingredients

• 1 Chorizo link, browned, crumbled, with as much grease as possible drained off.
• 3/4 to 1 lb. Montery jack cheese
• 1 can diced green chilies
• 1 package floour tortillas

Preparation

Step 1

Place the drained chorizo in the bottom of a casserole dish, cover with shredded cheese and green chillies and bake in mi=oderate oven until cheese melts and mixture is bubbly. Warm flour tortillas and tear off poeces and place hot con queso mizture on tortilla.
