  • 12 oz spring lettuce mix
  • 18 yellow pear tomatoes and 18 red pear tomatoes, sliced
  • 5 oz each black olives and green olives, sliced
  • 6 oz bleu cheese crumbles
  • 6 oz red onions, julienned
  • 6 oz croutons
  • 24 oz olive oil
  • 8 oz red wine vinegar
  • 1 T fresh basil
  • 1 T fresh oregano
  • 1/2 T garlic powder
  • 1/2 T onion powder
  • 1 T kosher salt
  • 4 oz granulated sugar
  • 1/2 T dry mustard
  • 1 T fresh parsley
  • pinch white pepper
