Ingredients
- 6 small tomatoes (or 4 medium)
- 1 lb. Fresh mozzarella
- 10 to 15 basil leaves
- 3 tbsp. Good olive oil
- Balsamic vinegar
- Sea salt
- Freshly ground black pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Slice the tomatoes and mozzarella and arrange with the basil leaves on a large platter.
Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
Sprinkle with sea salt and pepper and serve at room temperature.
