  • 2 cups assorted vegetables (juliened bell pepper, broccoli florets, bok choy, carrots, etc.)
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon oyster sauce
  • 2 cups cooked rice
