Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon shallots, diced
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 cups assorted vegetables (juliened bell pepper, broccoli florets, bok choy, carrots, etc.)
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon oyster sauce
- 2 cups cooked rice

Step 1
In a hot wok or skillet, heat the sesame oil. Add the ginger, garlic and shallots. Saute for 1-2 minutes, Add the shrimp and cook, stirring constantly, until the shrimp is pink, About 2-3 minutes. Add the vegetables and toss until they are cooked to your taste. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Add the soy and oyster sauces, stir and serve immediately with the cooked rice.
