Tuna Salad Toasties

Ingredients

• Frosting:
• 2 cans ham or tuna
• 2 hard boiled eggs
• sweet pickle relish
• mayonaise
• 2 jars Old Eng. Sharp Cheese Spread or 1/2 small package Velveeta or cheese wiz
• 1 stick Oleo
• 2 eggs, beaten

Preparation

Step 1

Mix cheese and Oleo in double boiler. When melted, remove from heat. Add some to eggs. Then add egg mixture to cheese. Mix well. Cool some.

Layer: Bread (crust off), spread filling, bread, spread, bread, and then cheese frosting.
