Ingredients
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 c. milk
- 3 c. chopped cooked turkey
- 1 (4 oz) can chopped green chilies
- 1 c. frozen corn
- 2 c. crushed tortilla chips (about 7 oz.), divided
- 1/4 c. sliced green onions
- 2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
- paprika
- 1 c. salsa, warmed

Step 1
In a large bowl, combine soup, milk, turkey, chiles and corn. In a lightly greased 2 qt. casserole, sprinkle about 1/3 of the crushed chips. Pour half the turkey mixture over them. Sprinkle with half the green onion and half the cheese. Layer another 1/3 of the tortilla chips and top with the remaining turkey mixture, green onions and cheese. Top with the remaining chips. Sprinkle the top with paprika. Cover and microwave at full power for 5 minutes. Turn and microwave another 5 minutes (or bake in a preheated 350-degree oven for 30 to 40 minutes, until bubbly.) Let stand a few minutes before serving. Serve with warm salsa on the side.
