Ingredients
- Marinade:
- boneless chicken breasts
- 3 Tbsp water
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1 Tbsp cornstarch
- 2 cloves garlic
- 20 dried red chilies
- Seasoning liquid:
- 1 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1 Tbsp dry sherry
- 1 Tbsp water
- 2 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp chili oil
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 1/4 tsp salt

Preparation
Step 1
Cut chicken in 1 inch chunks. Put in marinade. While marinating, prepare sauce ingredients. Heat oil in wok. Saute garlic. Add chicken. When done, add red chilies and cook for just a few seconds. Do not burn. Stir sauce ingredients, pour over chicken, and heat through until thickened.
