New England Blueberry Coffee Cake

Ingredients

• Topping:
• 1 1/2 c. flour
• 1/2 c. sugar
• 1 Tbsp. baking powder
• 1 Tbsp. cinnamon
• 1 1/2 c. fresh blueberries
• 1 egg
• 1/2 c. milk
• 1/4 c. melted margarine
• 1/4 c. melt margarine
• 3/4 c. brown sugar
• 1 Tbsp. flour

Preparation

Step 1

In large bowl mix flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon. Fold in blueberries.

In a small bowl, whisk egg, milk butter. And to flour and stir. Grease pan. Add batter to pan. Sprinkle toppings on batter.
