Fish Steaks with Blue Cheese Sauce 1 Picture

Ingredients

  • 4 Fish Steaks (Halibut, Salmon, Cod)
  • Melted Butter
  • Seasoned Salt
  • 2 Cups Mayonnaise
  • 1 Tablespoon Chives, Chopped
  • 1 Tablespoon Parseley, Chopped
  • 2 Tablespoons Prepared Mustard
  • 1/4 Cup Blue Cheese, Grated
  • Paprika

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat Oven to 350º
Arrange fish steaks in a shallow baking pan.
Brush steaks with melted butter and sprinkle with seasoned salt.
Bake 25-30 minutes at 350º

Mix mayonnaise, chives, parsley, mustard and blue cheese. Spoon over hot fish. Sprinkle with Paprika.
