Ingredients
- 4 Fish Steaks (Halibut, Salmon, Cod)
- Melted Butter
- Seasoned Salt
- 2 Cups Mayonnaise
- 1 Tablespoon Chives, Chopped
- 1 Tablespoon Parseley, Chopped
- 2 Tablespoons Prepared Mustard
- 1/4 Cup Blue Cheese, Grated
- Paprika

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat Oven to 350º
Arrange fish steaks in a shallow baking pan.
Brush steaks with melted butter and sprinkle with seasoned salt.
Bake 25-30 minutes at 350º
Mix mayonnaise, chives, parsley, mustard and blue cheese. Spoon over hot fish. Sprinkle with Paprika.
