Ingredients
- 1/2 lb. lean ground pork
- 1/2 cup shrimp chopped(canned works too)
- 1/2 cup mushrooms( use whole can of stems and pieces)
- 1/4 cup water chestnuts( use whole small can) chopped
- 2 Tbs. chives
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 Tbs. soy sauce
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1 pkg of 50 Won ton Wrappers( can be found in most frozen food sections or an oriental grocery)
- Sauce
- 1 cup sweet pickle juice
- 2 Tbs. catsup
- 1 Tbs. brown sugar
- 1 Tbs. chili sauce
- 1 Tbs. corn starch

Step 1
Mix all ingredients together until well blended. Place 1 tsp on each Won Ton wrapper. Fold edges and seal with 1 Tbs. constarch and 1/2 cup water. deep fry
can be frozen and reheated at 450
NOTEOther meat can be used like chicken or hamberger, but the above seems to be the best. It is faster to chop things in a blender or food processor. However it is better if the water chestnuts are done by hand because the crunch is good.

Mix and heat until thick and clear
