Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds jumbo shrimp, peeled and deveined, tail on
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/3 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/3 cup seasoned bread crumbs
- 8 tablespoons melted butter
- 1/3 cup dry white wine
- dash Tabasco sauce
- 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1/4 cup Romano cheese, grated
- 1 pound cooked pasta

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Arrange shrimp, in a single layer, in a 10-inch square baking pan. Pour olive oil evenly over the shrimp. Sprinkle to coat with the salt, black pepper, garlic, red pepper flakes, parsley and the bread crumbs. Cover dish and bake in 350 degree oven for 20 minutes.
Mix melted butter, Tabasco sauce and wine together in a small bowl.
Remove shrimp from oven, uncover and drizzle butter mixture evenly over the shrimp.
Return shrimp to the oven, uncovered, fro 5 minutes longer.
Pour shrimp mixture over cooked pasta and top with grated cheese.
Serve immediately.
