Snacks (Garlic mushroom appetizers)

Can be stuffed ahead of time and put in frig ready to serve
Serve hot

Ingredients

• 20 Mushroom
• 3/4 cup grated mature cheddar cheese
• 2 T soft butter
• 1/2 small clove garlic, crushed

Preparation

Step 1

Wash or wipe mushrooms, remove stems and trim
Blend remaining ingr. Set mushroom cap on broiler pan, spoon a little of mixture into each.
Place low under broiler, broil until cheese is bubbly and browned
