- 2 Ea. Egg white
- 1 C. Packed brown sugar
- ¼ t. Vanilla extract
- 4 C. Pecans
- ¼ C. Cinnamon sugar mix

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 300. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper. Beat egg white until VERY stiff. Add brown sugar and vanilla. Stir until smooth. Mix in pecans and stir until coated. Pour the nuts onto the prepared cookie sheet. Bake until browned, approximately 10 to 15 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. Put them back in the oven until they are no longer shiny.
