Ingredients
- Boar's Head Provolone Cheese
- 3 slices Tomato
- 1/4 cup Red onion , sliced
- 2 slices Multi-Grain bread
- 2 oz Boar's Head Hot Cooked Capocollo , thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp Butter , melted
- 2 slices Mortadella , thinly sliced
- 4 tbsp Pesto mayonnaise
- 2 slices Genoa Salami Natural Casing , thinly sliced

Preparation
Step 1
Butter one side of each piece of bread and grill until golden brown. Add ingredients in the following order: Mayonnaise, Tomato, Mortadella, Salami, Capocollo, Provolone, Onion.
Crown with second slice of bread.
