Hot and Spicy Meatballs

Ingredients
- Meatballs:
- Sauce: always mix first & let stand
- 2 1/4 cups catsup
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 3/4 cup vinegar
- 6 tbsp brown sugar
- 3 tsp minced onions
- 6 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 4 1/2 tsp salt
- 3 tsp dry mustard
- 9 drops tobasco sauce (Frank's)
- 4 1/2 lb hamburg, 4 1/3 cups dry bread crumbs
- 9 tbsp minced onions
- 3 tsp horseradish
- 18 drops tobasco sauce
- 12 eggs (small or med)
- 3 tsp pepper, 4 tsp salt

Step 1
Mix well and form into small balls. I bake them in the oven. Pour sauce over them after cooked.
FYI: I have never added salt to sauce or MB - I use large eggs - usually cut recipe in 1/2 unless cooking for a large group
