- 1 CUP COTTAGE CHEESE
- 8 OZ CREAM CHEESE SOFTENED
- 2 OZ FINELY SHREDDED SHARP CHEDDAR CHEESE
- 1 OZ ROQUEFORT CHEESE, CRUMBLED
- 1 MEDIUM ONION, FINELY GRATED
- 1 TBSP PICKAPEPPA SAUCE
- 1 TBSP DRY OR MEDIUM SHERRY
- ½ CUP CHOPPED NUTS
- ½ CUP CHOPPED PARSLEY

Step 1
IN A BOWL, COMBINE FIRST 7 INGREDIENTS AND MIX WELL.
SHAPE INTO 2 BALLS.
ROLL EACH BALL IN NUTS, THEN ROLL IN PARSLEY. CHILL THOROUGHLY.
SERVE WITH CRACKERS.
