Ingredients
- 3.75 ox package cellophane noodles
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 1 lb boneless pork chops, trimmed and cut into thin strips
- 2 stalks celery, cliced crosswise
- 15 ox can baby corn, drained
- 4 oz snow peas, trimmed
- 1/4 cup bottled stir fry sauce

Step 1
1. Soak noodles in hot water for about 10 mins. Drain. Carefully cut noodle skeins crosswise into smaller peices with sheers.
2. Heat oil in a large skillet over high heat. Cook pork strips for 2 mins stirring constantly. add celery and saute for another 2 mins
3. ruduce heat to medium. Add corn, peas, sauce to skillet, cook for 2 to 3 mins then add thenoodles and toss to combine.
