- 4 (½ pound) salmon fillets
- 1 Tbsp butter
- ½ cup honey
- ½ cup onions, finely diced
- 1 cup orange juice
- 2 tsps teriyaki sauce
- 1 tsp powdered ginger

Step 1
Heat pan over medium heat and add the butter, honey, onions, orange juice, teriyaki sauce, and ginger.
Stirring continuously, cook the honey citrus mixture for 2 to 3 minutes.
Decreasing the heat to low, place the salmon fillets into the pan and cover.
Cook the salmon fillets for 5 minutes, flip, and simmer for another 5 minutes.
