Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. ground beef
  • 1 cup chopped onions
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsely
  • 2 Tbs. chopped garlic
  • 1 Tbs. ground cumin
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • Tzatsiki sauce
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tsp. olive oil
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 1/2 cup diced seeded cucumber
  • salt and pepper to tast

Step 1

Meat
Mix all ingredients. Shape ino 8 to 10 rolls, each about 6 inches long. Skeewer with a stick. Grill or broil. Place on Pita bread, add pieses of tomatoe, parsely, tzatsiki sauce.

Tzatsiki sauce
mash garlic with olive oil. Add mixture to yogurt. add remaini ng ingredients. mix thoroughly.


Rick- I do mine with ground lamb usually add feta cheese as well
